Membership periods
Japan-GO Membership is a one-time payment for 1, 3, or 6 months (30, 90, or 180 days from purchase) of unlimited pt. It does not renew automatically.
If you buy again while your membership is active, the new period starts when the current one ends.
Refund policy
- Duplicate charges are fully refunded.
- Activation failures are fully refunded.
- Once you've used your membership, refunds are generally not available.
